Who We Are

One New Creation is a full-service remodeling and construction company serving New Orleans and the surrounding parishes. For more than twenty years we have renovated kitchens and bathrooms, restored historic properties, repaired termite and moisture damage, and built new homes from the foundation up.

Our name reflects how we approach the work. A remodel should not feel like a patch on an old problem. Done properly, it makes the space genuinely new: structurally sound, comfortable and finished to a standard you will still be happy with a decade from now.

How We Work

Every project starts with a real conversation about what you want, what the building needs and what the budget allows. We measure, document existing conditions and write a scope you can actually read, so there are no vague line items waiting to become change orders.

During construction you get a point of contact, a schedule and a job site that is cleaned up at the end of each day. If we find something unexpected behind a wall, you hear about it immediately along with the options and what each one costs.

Why Not Just Hire The Low Bid

The lowest number on a bid sheet usually means something was left out: preparation, permits, waterproofing, proper materials, or the labor hours the job honestly requires. Those omissions surface later as invoices or as failures. We would rather quote the real job and deliver it.
