Our team ensured the protection of all remaining finishes by covering them and setting up a temporary dust barrier to minimize debris, while the floor tile was preserved as per the client's request. Following the demo, we efficiently cleaned up and hauled away all trash, setting the stage for the exciting transformation ahead. The framing phase included installing dead wood framing and blocking to securely anchor the half glass and bathroom accessories. Next, our skilled team tackled drywall tasks by patching with moisture-resistant drywall, taping, floating, and finishing to ensure a smooth surface for gloss paint. We installed Hardie backer board in the shower area and floor, applied mesh and mortar patches, and used elastomeric waterproofing in wet areas. Wallpaper installation was also part of the project, tailored to the client’s preferences and final measurements.

Tile installation was completed with precision, covering the shower surround with new tile and applying grout for a seamless finish. In the trim carpentry phase, we installed the half glass at the tub, a new vanity, bathroom accessories, quarter round, and a mirror.

The plumbing work included capping off water lines, installing new rough-in valves for the shower and tub filler, updating trim kit valves for standard fixtures, and connecting the new plumbing and faucet fixtures. We also installed a new toilet and tub, ensuring all plumbing needs were met. Electrical work involved removing and reinstalling outlets and switches as required.
